elder scrolls is my fav game series ever and battlefield is, by miles, my fav mp ever. i dont think you can be that general, peoples taste in games can vary drastically for example.....

if you compare this games multiplayer only on consoles to other fps multiplayer on consoles its easily a 9/10. if you compare its multiplayer to itself on consoles vs PC then yes it is a 7 or 8.
if it were me, it would be a 10 actually.

i havent even played uncharted and i know its an 8 maybe 8.5. reason, its not going to bring anything new to the table whatsoever other than a multiplayer only the most hardcore UC players will care aboutand a new story ( the most common complaint of the COD franchise, no reason UC gets a pass for this and COD doesnt ) . i have seen nothing new in any trailers that adds any new gameplay elements or anything that we havent already done in uncharted before. its a very generic 3rd person shooter...

look at lionhead for example, fable became more casual with every sequel and you think ms had no say in that? or how about taking a dev like rare and making them focus on nothing but casual and avatars? how about destroying thier relationship with bungie? not trying to purchase bioware? closing ensemble studios? wasting an enormous amouont of time and money on connect when most of your audience are ...
i disagree, im intrigued by the tablet design. if used correctly ( even though the wii rarely was ) it could def add alot to the gaming experience. i will buy the wii u when it drops despite the fact that i have played my wii for a total of about 40hrs in 4 years...

this launch sucks just like BC and BC2 and i suspect will only get worse before it gets better....

i beat them a while ago, but yes ill agree the tomb of the giants was def a pain, but it gets alot easier if you have "cast light", the giant skeletons are still tough but thats it, nito is just as easy as pinwheel, go two handed get close and slash away, ignor the other skeletons...
demon ruins is easy, lost izla or whatever it is is a bit harder just run through it....
and the ghost place is very easy fyi though i was...

way way way oout of proportion, the ones whining prob just arent very good at games, yes you will die, prob a good amount of times, most i died was at anor londo running up that stupid walkway with the knights shooting arrows at you knocking you back like 5 feet ( and off the platform ) everytime. and the second most was at anor londos bosses. i died prob 6-10 times at each instance and that was the most. also after those guys the bosses all become super easy, nito=2 tries, 4 kings=1 try, sea...
best game i have played this year and nowhere near as hard as they say, it actually gets way easier after the first few hours
nothing about it is similar to cod other than you die just as fast which makes sense if your trying to be somehwat realistic, i mean can you get shot with 5ish bullets and walk away or sprint rather?
and fyi just becuase there are some maps/modes more infantry based doesnt make it cod either becuase if thats the case every military shooter is cod
i personally like the change of pace there are plenty maps vehicle focused and plenty infantry and plenty both...
none of them look different enough in motion for me to care, perhaps if you took screenshots of each and put them side by side but in motion, the same to me.
picked up the 360 version last night and its amazing, graphics are some of the best i have seen on the console and the gameplay is battlefield at its best.
the craziest thing so far is the sound though, i nearly shit a brick everytime somebody shoots me with the svd :/
had its prob no doubt but i would def buy a sequel. if they could use the atmosphere, settings, characters, etc and make it play more like dark souls then i bet they would have a masterpiece in the making.....
pickin mine up ad midnight too, can never have enough BF in my life :) and im gettin it on 360 instead of ps3, simply becuase i prefer the 360 controller for shooters. not sure why everyone thinks the ps3 will be so much better than 360 lol they will be virtually indistinguishable i bet. if you are getting it on either console you cant troll about your version being superior lol everybody with half a brain knows pc won that battle simply off player count and better graphics
looks good, seems like it will be just like the others. my only gripe with these titles is the lack of variety in the sp. go from point a to point b killing everything in between. jump here and there. its like a cod campaign but with much more story in fact prob the best story telling in gaming.
wont top bats, dark souls or skyrim for me but will be number 4 which is still very good considering its competition.
looks like ass no doubt, but you cant fault dice for trying a new way to deliver next gen graphics on 6 year old hardware.
i blame the ignorant consumer who did no research before he went and purchased a "cheap console" and a game it really cant support, you get what you paid for and if you chose to not read into why you should "have" a large hdd, then its his bad....
i hope more games utilize this technique to deliver better visuals
